<p>OK I go to a public high school in Westchester County, NY, pretty competitive. I've applied to Brown (ED), and will go for UPenn, Columbia, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, MIT, UVa (Legacy), Northwestern, Wash U in St. Louis, Georgetown, maybe a few other similarly competitive schools RD. Please evaluate my chances </p>
<p>Grades:
In 9th and 10th grade I didn't do all that great, well, but not great. My junior year grades though are superb. I'm probably ranked 1 or 2 just in junior year but my school won't calculate this. Overall though I'm the first person in the second 10%, number 19 out of 180something. </p>
<p>Test Scores:
SAT I: 1570 Math 780, Verbal 790. these were on 2 separate dates but that doesn't matter does it?
SAT IIs: Math IIc: 790
Writing: 740
Bio: 680 (this was taken as a Freshmen, I hadn't taken AP)
PSAT: National Merit Semifinalist (222) </p>

I'm a huge music person, but none of it shows up on a school transcript. I play piano and guitar all the time and spend hours on composition. I plan to send something I've written, will this help? </p>
<p>With a friend I started a "political discussion club" that now meets regularly after school to debate political issues. </p>
<p>Finally, one thing I'm relying on heavily is my math. I've been accelerated in Math since 4th grade. I took Calc BC early getting a 5. Now I'm taking a University Level advanced calculus course from Stanford over the internet. In addition I'm doing an independent study in advanced physics with my AP Physics teacher. Will these be as valuable as I'm hoping the will? </p>
