Chances at Brown University

<p>Hi, so I am a rising junior and I would like to get into Brown for the class of 2020. What are my chances?
GPA: 4.0
Rank: 1/800
SAT: 2350
SAT ll: Not taken (planning on math ll and chem)
AP: Human Geography (5)
Junior Year AP Tests: Bio, Chem, Psych, Language, Calc BC, APUSH, Spanish
Major Awards: Top 10% State Math Contest; Winner of Community College Science Fair (1st place); Top 10 in State Science Olympiads</p>

<p>EC:
- Internships: ASU (2.5 years), Brown (Summer 2014 and continuing)
- Clubs: Red Cross (president, 2 years), Build Africa (founder, president, this club sends money to africa, 1 year), Science Olympiads (1 year), Botany Club (vice president, 1 year), HOSA (junior year), Neuroscience club (junior year)
- Community Service: Worked in various hospitals (200 hours +), St. Mary's Food Bank (100 hours +), Project Cure (50 hours +)
- Other: Went to third world country and did a water purification project
- Hooks: Sibling attends brown</p>

<p>Are my chances good? What else should I do?</p>

<p>You’re stats are VERY good, and your likely to get into a top school(Brown included). Just remember that top kids from everywhere apply, so there is serious competition. like i said though, your chances are very good</p>

<p>Brown tends to look past the stats and looks at the personalities of the applicants. If you fit in and write good essays, you’ll be fine. </p>
