I’m hoping that because I’m planning to take a performance art route in my concentration rather than the tradition theater theory route, I will be a unique option for Brown, as opposed to other performing art majors.

Course load looks challenging. ECs and awards look good to me. SAT and other scores are a little low, I would consider retaking (and taking the ACT). It’s awesome that you know what you want to do and want to apply ED, I’m so jealous. I’d say you’re definitely competitive, even though I have no idea how their theater program works.
Chance me?

I’m a little surprised you aren’t taking a science course or a foreign language! While Brown is very liberal about many things, they like to see a broad range of interests! But that’s really okay! I think you have a chance if you really show why you are right for Brown! Good luck!

Couple of thoughts:
(I tend not to chance, as that is a real guessing game, and many excellent students that had great “chances” still don’t get in)
I assume that you have already had 3 yrs of German? Brown and similar like 3 yrs of language if available to you.
Low income is different than economically disadvantaged. If your parents have not gone to college (that makes you what is referred to as first Gen.(generation) that is a big plus in Brown admissions. (I might disagree on this focus for Brown, but it is what it is.) Or if there are other adversities you have overcome in your background, you should make sure that is reflected in your essays or in some way. (Lower income families because one parent stayed home and the other sheltered all the income doesn’t cut it for admissions, although it might win the financial aid lottery.)
I’m not sure about the performance art part. I think plenty of theater majors are performance oriented (and some famous alums) But in general knowing that as a “major” (called concentration at Brown) is in a less represented group.
Do let your essays reflect your passion for your plans and how that ties to you being right for Brown/vice versa.
