chances at BU, PSU, UPitt, NYU, NorthEastern, UC Berkeley?

Hi, I'm from PA. I'm in a ton of extracurriculars and I have a few leadership roles.
I need help figuring out where to apply to this fall. I will definitely need financial aid and I've taken all honors and APs. Ive been in regular math but I'm one year ahead of the average math. I've also had one C, this junior year in precalc. It was a 78%.
Unweighted freshman/sophomore year gpa: 3.7-3.8
Unweighted overall gpa with junior year: 3.4-3.5, 89% flat
Weighted overall gpa with junior year: 3.9-4.0, 94.56%
First SAT: math 660 reading 570 writing 690, 1920
Second SAT: math 630 reading 670 writing 640, 1940 (I forgot my watch and couldn't see the clock, so I ran out of time on math and my essay)
Superscored: 2020
Class rank: 69/475

I don't know where to apply, so I'll take suggestions (especially for the reach schools)
