Notes: I transferred from a private to public school between my Freshman and Sophomore year, however I choose to do so for personal reasons and it had nothing to do with my grade point average. Due to a lot of unrelated family problems, my Freshman grades were not very good, and it was the only year that my overall GPA did not break 90, but I'm hoping colleges will take into consideration the fact that I've improved significantly since then. I plan to take SAT Subject Area Tests in Literature, Spanish, Global History and United States History. I'm best at writing and think I can give them a fairly good essay, which I know is an important factor in their admissions process.

So, what do you think my chances are? Is this school a reach for me? Will I barely scrape in, or will I be able to get scholarship money from them? Or do you think I won't be able to get in at all?

Answers are much appreciated!
