Had some bad grades sophomore and junior year because I suffer from a chronic illness (RSD)

I say you have a very high chance. Your SAT's are in BU's middle 50% I think. GPA looks fine. (I think your UW GPA will come out to be like 3.5-3.6)

Good EC's too. NHS and German HS helps. And good leadership for being president.

try taking the act and see how you fare, because everything else looks good except your sat scores. make sure you also have a good essay and good recs to try to overcome the set-back of those scores.

^ Lol I just noticed that. ZERO chance of getting in NOW.

Just kidding. I think you still have a good chance. Some people join the French or Spanish club and they aren't French nor Spanish. So what if she wants to learn more about the Asian culture.

impossible to say with such little info, but with what youve provided, id say no, you wouldn't get in, bcuz your sat's are extremely low. try taking the act's and listing other aspects about what was included in your application to get a more accurate response

I am worried about getting in. My SATs are good but I slacked in my first two years of high school so my cumulative G PA is only 86. But I took Latin Honors, Chemistry honors, Algebra honors in grades 9-11, this year I am in AP physics AP literature and AP Euro history.

How much do you think the GPA will drag me down? Thanks for any input

talk about your course load in your supplement and i guess try to explain your gpa. its not like its terrible, its ~3.3 on the 4.0 scale. you also have like 3 more marking periods to improve it before you apply so do that as well. everyone applying to BU with iffy grades or scores, just play up your good points and whatever happen, happens.
