I was wondering if I actually have a chance at being accepted to this school with my grades. I have not applied yet.
So my school is an early college high school and next year when I graduate from high school I will also graduate with an Associates Degree in Biology. I know that most of my college credits will probably not transfer to BYU but I’m hoping I have a greater chance at being accepted since I have fairly good grades in high school and college since I’m doing both at the same time.
My weighted GPA is a 3.8 for high school and the GPA for college is a 3.5. My ACT score is a 27 but I have not taken the SAT yet.
The majority of my high school grades are in the A & B average and my college grades consist of 6 A’s and 5 B’s and 1 C so far.
I have 100 community hours and I am a member of the church and so is my family.
I do not compete in any sports or clubs because it’s quite impossible in my school.
My rank is in the 30’s but out of 75 students.
Back to grades, the majority of my core classes are AP and Dual Enrollment. Currently I have 41 college credit hours but by the time I’m done with high school I would have completed 64 college credit hours. Oh and I want to be a Cardiovascular Surgeon but I don’t think that matters.
