Chances at Cal State Fullerton?

<p>I was almost completely set that I wanted to take the community college route, but my teacher told me not to give up and that I have a chance. But, I want to know how much of a chance I really have.</p>

<p>Academic GPA: 2.65 (But I showed improvement since Sophomore year, where I went from a 2.0 (due to my cancer acting up again) to a 3.0 my Junior Year.)</p>

<p>SAT Reasoning:
Reading: 520
Math: 550
Writing: 560
Total: 1630, or 1070 for CSUs.</p>

<p>My CSU eligibility index is a 3190, and the needed index is 2900.</p>

<p>I live in the area that CSUF serves...blah blah. First generation to college. What are my chances? If you need more information, just ask. Thanks! :)</p>

<p>Also, Fullerton asked for my 7th Semester Transcript (but they do that with everyone), and my GPA just for my 7th semester will most likely be 3.5 +, if that would help.</p>

<p>I think you have a good chance. If you are planning to live on campus, be sure to apply for housing now, even before you are accepted. They have a shortage of on-campus housing and freshman have no guarantees.</p>
