<p>Can't tell. Carleton (and pretty much any small LAC) cares about far more than SATs and GPA. How about courses, ECs, honors?</p>
<p>i go to one of the best private high schools in indiana, almost all AP and honors classes, student council, Youth Leadership Conference, track and field</p>
<p>Academically, you seem to be in good shape. Your SAT scores are weak - verbal is okay but math and writing are below Carleton's range. That'd be okay if the rest of your application were strong, but you need to work on your extracurriculars - Carleton is going to look for a strong commitment to a number of different activities outside school, not just two or three, unless they're really big (consistently played a major role and earned accolades in each).</p>
<p>Thus far it looks like a reach. But if you're only entering junior year, you've got plenty of time to bring up your SAT scores and get more involved outside school.</p>
