Ok, this where I'm hoping to make up for my academic shortcomings. I've swimming since i was 10 and i've been pretty good at it. Junior year i was state champion in 50 free, 100 and part of the winning 200 free and 200 medley relays. This year im hoping to do the same but also break the state records in my events. Ive also qualified for YMCA nationals. Since RI is small, idk how good being state champ is....buttt i've compared my times with those from case, and i already have best or close to best times. With all that said, case is division 3...... which really sucks. Since i wont be getting scholarships, im hoping at least it will help my chances of getting in....HOPEFULLY.

This summer i worked as a lifeguard/swim teacher from a private beach club. I've also been a volunteer assistance swim coach at the local Y for most of junior year.

Thanks

I think you'll probably be alright.

I don't really know much about swimming, but i'm sure it'll look great that you've achieved all that. Case will certainly realize the sort of time commitment it takes to become a state champ at anything.</p>

Also, the swim team at Case seems like a very tight knit group, and i'm sure you'd have an awesome time.

ok thanks for all the help.
