I'm interested in EA Chicago, Duke, Penn, JHU, EA MIT, EA Caltech and Columbia. Also, I would appreciate any safeties similar to these schools; so far my only one is UMD-CP. Thanks for any help!

EA Chicago - good
Duke - reach/good
Penn - reach
JHU -good
EA MIT -reach/good
EA Caltech -reach/good
Columbia- reach

I really like your chances at even all of your reach schools dude!!!!:) Just write good essays to complement your stellar scores and you will be set.

Bump......

Bring up my post

I took the Physics test today, and probably got around 700. Will this affect me in a bad way?

You have an unweighted GPA of 4.0 and are ranked 13th? Is that based on the strength of schedule, or what? Also, is your school hypercompetitive or just easy to get A's?

Pretty easy to get A's. Like 75% of my AP History class has an A. My rank is weighted. My school has this thing called "G+T Band", which gets you a ton of credit for being in the top band. Kids with final grades of B's are ranked higher than me (#2, #4, #5, #11).
