Thanks, i'd really appreciate, and would chance back if you provide a link

I was just wondering what you got on your AP exams?

Definitely could be at UChicago…I think it all comes down to the writing, though. Your stats put you in good running…to distinguish yourself you’ve got to put out a really convincing essay.

Remember that Chicago doesn’t look at the SAT writing portion.
It’s all about the essays, but your chances look good otherwise.

sweet, i did not know that about uchicago didn’t count the writing portion

AP scores
Bio-3 (9)
Human Geo- 5 (9)
Chem-4 (10)
Art history-4 (10)
World History-5 (10)

This year, i think i scored 4s and 5s on all of my exams.

Chicago does not require SAT II’s either. It is your advantage to take them and do well though. Chicago does not look at the writing section either.

I wouldn’t say they completely ignore those sections, though. I mean, don’t purposefully fail 'em.

Good chance you’ll get in. If you can pull the writing up to 700 and write ammmazing essays. Good luck.

haha thanks guys!

i’m really interested in what types of essays we’ll get this upcoming year. Chicago always appear to have unique essays.

I hope you get the essay topic I suggested. You’ll have so much fun (and pain, of course).
