Chances at CIT - ECE?

Hey guys, do you think I would stand a chance at CIT - ECE?

Stats:

GPA: 96.5% Weighted (School doesn't do unweighted). GPA un-weighted is like 3.8-3.9 excluding freshman year.
SAT: 2160 (680 CR, 690 Writing, 790 Math).
SAT Subject Tests: 800 Math II, 790 Chemistry
AP's taken: Ap Biology (4), AP Chemistry (4). (Not most rigorous - I know)
Senior Schedule: Ap Physics B, Ap Calculus AB, Ap Environmental, Robotics, English 12 CP, Senior Service, Adv Gym (Mandatory), Science Research Honors.
Class Rank: 6/361 (Top 2%)

I have a very strong upward curve for grades between Freshman year and now, like a 3.4 Freshman to 3.8-3.9 now.

EC's:

FRC Robotics - Team Captain, Designer, Lab view Programmer (10,11,12)
Designed two 3d action games using Microsoft Visual C++ and the Direct X API - Non-Monetary - 4 years - Unpublished

Researched security flaws in the windows operating system (4 years - no paper published yet).

2 Years Math League (9,10) - School Discontinued it after sophomore year.
2 Years Dunkin Donuts Crew Member - 25 hours a week - done during school weeks too.

5 years drumming experience

Winner of the RIT Computing Medal.

Do I stand a chance at all or has admissions just gotten impossibly harder now? And should I visit and have an interview?

That's about everything. Thanks in advance everyone!

For ECE slim – everything looked great until I saw that you you took AP Physics B and AP Calc AB - the two less rigorous courses. Does your school offer AP Physics C and AP Calc BC - why didn’t you take those? If the school doesn’t offer those, have your GC write about it in the application.

You have a better shot at CIT and transfer into ECE.

Female?

It offers neither Physics C nor Calculus BC, CMU will see this on the form my school sends saying they available courses. And is it easy to get into another engineering major, then transfer?
