I am at a school that is pretty much all IB, with only 3 AP Classes. It is ranked pretty highly in terms of public schools (we were number 6 in the nation at one time according to the "Challenge Index"), and we don't do class rank. But i would definitely be in the top 10% in my class...

Not only are you good for CIT, but your chances at some ivy league schools are worth it. Give it a shot.

Your critical reading section of the SAT is pretty low. Bring it up to at least a 660-680 and then you're good. Go on an early decision.
