You’ll be more than fine for Clemson. Just a suggestion, with those stats, clemson definitely isn’t worth the OOS tuition unless you’re getting a lot of scholarship money.
Also, I’m from SC and Clemson is quite literally out in the middle of nowhere

Thank you for the quick reply. Any thoughts on my chances at Virginia Tech?

Not sure. I applied to VaTech and got in. My gpa was around the same as yours (I think it was a little lower). My SAT was pretty good though and I did a lotttt of extracurriculars.

I’m just comparing your stats to mine because I don’t remember much about the admissions process even though it was only like 3 years ago haha. Good luck though man

Thanks man, hopefully they take a chance on me haha

VT is very stats driven and geographical location makes a difference. Interestingly in the past several years students from Va and Md are finding it easier to be admitted to the neighboring flagship then their own, even in engineering. Several kids from our high school (Va) with profiles similar to yours were turned down at VT but in at UMDCP. Anecdotally, Md students were being accepted with that profile. You also stand a solid chance getting picked up for general studies if you put this as your second choice. I wouldn’t dismiss this over a direct admit to engineering at a school you’re not thrilled about. It’s really common to make the swap to engineering. There’s only one engineering class you’re blocked from first semester. To stay with your peers you can take this online over the summer (best option) or at the local CC first semester (very easy to get a ride as many kids do this). I’m sharing this not because it’s inevitable, but it’s a possibility and good information to know.

So, maybe. ;)
