Worcester Polytechnic Institue
Unioin College
Franklin and Marshall

International students are almost always full pay unless their stats or ECs are remarkable. Its hard to tell if yours are remarkable or not… your essay needs to be great.
You might need safeties (like schools that meet 100% of financial aid-F&M is one). Being a foreigner might not help you here, unfortunately. Have you looked at Conn College? I know someone who only had to pay $6000 a year due to FA. Also, Rochester Institute of Technology would be a good safety for you.
Skidmore College: High match
Clark University: Match
Colgate University: Reach
Holy Cross: High match
Worcester Polytechnic Institue: Match
Unioin College: Match
Franklin and Marshall: Match
Brandeis ED II: High match/low reach
If you are seeking merit $$ you might also look at Dickinson College and Gettysburg College - with your SAT scores you would qualify for some their merit scholarships. Both are very good for international affairs with opportunities for internships in DC, etc. Good luck.
I don’t think Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is a good fit for what you might want to pursue. There is no International Studies major. I don’t know much about their Economics department. It is primarily a technical school-strong in engineering, math, science, and not an ideal place for social sciences/humanities.
I’d say dickinson is slightly harder to get in than uconn or gettysburg. Dickinson’s reputation is on the rise. You’ll find a mix of kids at all of them. I wouldn’t sterotype.
