I want to major in Economics or Finance. PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOME GOOD COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN NEWENGLAND...AND ALSO WHAT ARE MY CHANCES AT COLLEGE OF HOLY CROSS ?

Most colleges that don’t take SAT/ACT scores into account are LACs so the best ones you might get into are likely LACs. Again, this list is put together without regard to a regional restriction:

Confirmed test-optional:

Ursinus College
Knox College
Sewanee

Doubtful test-optional (please check whether those schools really are test-optional before applying!)

UT Dallas (is 3.8 above the minimum GPA for test-optional admission?)
Arizona State (see UT Dallas)
George Mason (see UT Dallas also)

Holy cross: match
Dickinson College in Pennsylvania is also test optional, and a pretty good school (top 50 LAC). Im not sure about their economics or finance programs.
