chances at college?

I’m currently a high school junior at the number one high school in America. Most colleges are aware of this fact and know how rigorous our curriculum is, but I’m not sure if that’s going to mean anything. Anyway, here’s my profile:
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Asian American
GPA: around 3.8 weighted (ik that’s horrible)
PSAT: 1490
SAT: 1510 (770 english, 740 math), 1550 (750 english, 800 math), and i’m thinking of taking it a third time and i’m confident i can get closer to a 1600
ACT & SAT Subject Tests: Haven’t taken yet, but i’m naturally good with standardized tests so i’m not too worried.

I’ve done a fair amount of extracurriculars like marching band, yearbook, and practically all tutoring programs at my school. I also have about 2-4 leadership positions in the clubs I do, and I did an internship at a cs organization last summer. I’m hoping to do a more research type internship next summer as well.
A sample of some of the schools I’m applying to: Cornell, UChicago, Northwestern, WashU St. Louis, Berkley, UVA, UPitt, UNC Chapel Hill, UMCP.

I know my application is kind of weak rn, especially with GPA, but what are my chances at those schools? And what can I do to make my application stand out?

I’m hoping to be a psych major btw, and complete a pre-med.

I think that you should focus right now on getting the strongest GPA that you can for your current, Junior year of high school.

What’s your unweighted GPA? I agree with @DadTwoGirls, focus on your GPA.

With a 1550 SAT, you’re done. Don’t bother with the ACT. It’s superfluous.

unweighted is around a 3.3
