Chances at Competitive Liberal Arts??

I'm looking (maybe too hopefully) at schools like Hamilton, Kenyon, Middlebury, Carleton, etc.

Yeah, I'm young, so I don't have it all together yet.

I have taken the ACT once with a score of 31; I am going to take it again.
I took the PSAT with score 1830; my writing section was very strong--MATH is where I need work (I scored in the high 500s, but I hear the math section is the easiest to improve upon.)

My GPA is currently around a 3.75 unweighted... I think..

It might be a stretch, but I'm looking largely at Hamilton, Kenyon, and Middlebury. Also Bates, Bard, and Colby.

However, if someone could chance me Iwith what I have so far) at UNC Chapel Hill (although I am out of state and in-state students are most widely accepted there), University of Wisconsin-Madison, or NYU, that would be great.

i know my PSAT scores are weak
i can definitely raise these scores for the SAT

I hadn’t thought to put NaNoWriMo on my college app. Hmm.

Hamilton- match.
Kenyon- match.
Middlebury- reach, but a solid one. I would go for it if I were you.
Bates- match/reach (more of a reach)
Bard- match
Colby- match/reach (more of a match)
UNC Chapel Hill- reach because of the IS/OOS issue
University of Wisconsin-Madison- safe(ish)
NYU- match

Might also look at Holy Cross and Bowdoin.

I really stand that much of a chance?!
Thank you; I just want to know where I should be looking.
