ECs
--Founded "e-Len Designs"--organization that makes websites for good causes. Have designed websites for Long Beach Chapter of the National Organization for Women, several teachers at my school, a beginning entrepreneur, and a local preschool. I also taught the secretary at my school how to use Photoshop, and now school documents look much more professional. I also helped her improve the design of the school website--better design better for recruitment (private school). Said I did 5 hrs/wk for 40 wks/year - accurate if rounded out over four years but some weeks I spend 10-15 hours.
--President and committee chair of the National Honor Society (3 hrs/wk, 35 wks/year)
--Harvard Model Congress participant twice (8 hrs/week, 12 wks/year)
--Honor Committee volunteer all four years (2 hrs/week, 8 wks/year)

--White

chances at...
-princeton (english teacher--princeton alum--wrote recommendation)
-yale
-dartmouth
-swarthmore
-williams (got flown out for Williams Multicultural Weekend)
-stanford
-usc (both parents alums)

You have excellent stats but these schools reject many SAT scores over 1500.
Princeton and Yale is a lottery for everyone this year. USC is the least selective.
The others are all reaches but a little easier than P and Y.
I would look at some safety schools such as Lafayette or Colgate and maybe Cornell as a match or slight reach. Your essays must make you stand out as well.

As a URM, as long as your recs were good, you'll certainly get into some if not most.

Multicultural Weekend at Williams practically guarentees admission. I'd say you have nothing to worry about at these schools. Obviously YPS are toss ups.

Oh yeah, my safety schools are:

USC (according to my counselor)
UC Davis

And moderate chances:
UC Berkeley
U Virginia

Look your E.C's are excellent,
don't be surprised if you don't get into Princeton or Yale,
but I think they might look at your E.C. and be very impressed.

looks pretty good to me, but ivy admissions are a bit iffy, since they are kind of flip-flopping on who they accept and who they don`t. your GPA and SAT score will definitely help you and possibly get you into the league, though. like what the_wanderer said, your extracurriculars are looking great, and that might boost your status up as well.
