Chances at Conn College?

I go to a small prep school in Pennsylvania. I do not know what I want to major in yet.

GPA (unweighted): 89. My school does GPA on a 100 point scale, so I think that comes out to a 3.3
Not going to submit test scores

Academics:
9th: Algebra 1, Biology, English, World History, Spanish 1, Intro to Visual Art.
10th: Geometry, Chemistry, English, Honors US History, Spanish 2, Drawing 1.
11th: Algebra 2, Marine Biology, English, AP US Government and Politics, Spanish 3, Photo 1
Courses planned for next year: Pre-Calc, Physics, English, AP Euro, Photo 2, Business Studies

Extracurriculars:
Varsity Swimming, 4 years by graduation
Varsity Golf, 3 years by graduation
JV Track and Field, 1 season
Support Our Troops Club
Diversity Club
Panelist for my local newspaper
Tour Guide for my school’s admissions office

Community Service:
Over 5 years of service with a local nonprofit

In general, for the selective schools that are test optional, for applicants who don’t submit scores, they are looking for a stellar application in the other areas. Right now, your grades and course rigor while good, are likely not strong enough to meet that criteria. You may want to consider a 4th yr of language and another AP or honors class senior year to get you closer to being in contention.

Thank you for your responses on both of my threads. I will seriously consider the suggestions you made- especially about taking a 4th year of Spanish. I think overall I will have higher chances at a place like Gettysburg or similar liberal arts colleges. Maybe Conn can be a reach school for me. Thanks for your input!
