<p>So I was interested in applying to Cornell, UPenn, and Brown...here's the bulk of my statistics...</p>

Intended Concentration: Pre-medicine (maybe Biomed Engineering Major)
Searching for urban environment and diverse student body...also for several research/internship opportunities for undergrads...</p>

[Due to the limited nature of AP courses available at my school, this was the maximum amount that was offered...this is the first year they actually instated AP Bio, for example, which speak volumes about our school...urg]</p>

<p>I think my credentials are pretty average, but that won't stop me from at least trying...I was also considering Swarthmore College, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, etc.</p>

<p>i think that if you write great essays, you'll get into at least 1 ivy on your list.... but if you don't then it might fall into the mass of other asian applicants with similar numbers/similar ECs.</p>

<p>but overall, really great chances!</p>

<p>probably the best place for biomed is JHU</p>

<p>Agreed, JHU has a great (though intense) pre-med program. Duke, MIT, and Caltech are all worth looking at too, especially with your stats.</p>
