Well that's my HS career in a nutshell haha... Please be honest!

Sorry, there were a few typos haha!

I think you have a very good chance Cornell. Brown is a long shot.

cornell is a low reach and brown is a high reach.

Both schools are a reach. Cornell considers only CR+M on the SAT so you’re score is below average. ECs are not your hooks…

improve ur math score
and wat major do u think u will do
it depends on which type major u will do

Improve the SAT a little more is my advice

Cornell: low reach
Brown: reach

Cornell should be good! Brown is always a possibility, you don’t know until you apply. Some people have 4.0s and get rejected while 3.7s get in. ECs are really good. Good luck

Shoot for 700+ on each section of the SAT, and you’ll have a fairly decent chance of admission at Cornell. Although Brown is super selective, you’re just as qualified as any other top applicant, so if you don’t get into Brown, you’ll surely get into other equally prestigious schools.

Good luck! :)

@Thebeatlestoday would you be kind enough to chance me back?

Here’s the deal: You seem like a perfect candidate for Cornell. BUT, you are from new york. This means that CALS will be considered a public school and you will be given in-state tuition (yay!!!). I think this makes it even more competitive to get in. So, make sure you raise your SAT math score. Consider applying to another college and transfer into CALS? May be something to talk to your schools guidance counselor about.

I think Brown is a long shot as it is for most.

Other schools you should add to your list: UPenn, Carnegie Mellon, John Hopkins, UC Berkeley, U Michigan, Emory, Vanderbilt, Rice, Wash U in St. Louis

If you are available, chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1617448-chance-me-please-i-ll-chance-back.html?new=1</a>
