Chances at Cornell Engineering?

I am just wondering if i have any chance what so ever at Cornell Engineering. (regular Decision)

I am a Hispanic Female and i want to go into Computer engineering.
my GPA is a 4.0 and ive take all the AP classes available at my highschool (6) including calculus and chemistry
My ACT is horridly low (30)
(I havent taken Sub Tests yet but im going to)

Extra Curricular:
iv basically devoted my life to Robotics Club at my school. I have been the head programmer of our robotics team for two years and am team captain this year. Last year i wrote up a proposal to start a computer science class at my high school (believe it or not we haven't had one) now in my senior year we have one.
I also played on my schools Junior Varsity Softball team at my school as a Freshman and Sophomore
I do speech and Debate (duet actor & Lincoln Douglas Debater)
Hispanic Club
NHS
Played violin (Competing in TAPS music this year with a quintet via an audition)

Awards:
National Hispanic Scholar
Bronze award in national Spanish exam
So-Hacks Top Female Programmer ( plus 10,000$ scholarship to summer programming camp next summer)

Volunteer:
Nothing special, Just local food bank and animal shelter. I tutor several different people regularly in pre-AP Chemistry, Physics, and Geometry (Honors for grade levels who cant take AP's yet)

As for the Essay i desperately need help with it i think i have good topics to write about that show my character but i am an horrible writer.

If you need any more information i can give it but do i have any chance at all?

How did you do your essay so quickly? I think you have a really good chance, but it mostly rests on your essay.

No way youre getting in. Your act is WAY to low- especially for engineering.

Ignore trynamakeit, he’s commenting on everyone’s post saying they will not get in.

What? Isnt that the point of this post? This guy has a 30 act score… 30! And he wants to know if hes going to make it into cornell. Hahaha.

@TrynaMakeIt‌ “He” is a she, so a first indication you are no way capable of judging others. Two, I’ve seen kids with lower ACT get into Cornell. Three, you yourself cannot possibly think of NYU with 1720 SAT.

@viphan Awww so sad. You got rejected from all the ivies. Hahahaha. How did it feel to have all your hopes and dreams come crashing down.

@TrynaMakeIt‌ That’s right, I’m now a US citizen AND scored 35 on my ACT among other things. Let’s see the outcome in December.

Also quite happy and productive gap year for me. I hope you get into NYU nursing.

Hahahaha. I could care less about nyu. Theres no way im paying 66k a year just to get a degree in nursing.

Geez why is everyone fighting. Your ec’s are really good. They show a true dedication to what you want to do. Also URM Status as well as female in eng will help a lot. Unfortunately your act is low. What is your breakdown? If you have a good math score it might offset the 30. Good luck!

Hey guys thanks for the feedback! I retook the ACT and got a 32 (english 34, math 33, reading 34, science: 28)
Im just hoping at this point but thank you so much:) @TrynaMakeIt‌ I thank you for your honesty despite your cruelty, I hope you feel my latest ACT score will improve my chances at attending.
