Chances at Dartmouth please!!!

Hi everyone. I don't know whether or not to apply to Dartmouth. It would be great if I could get there but I don't know if I'd get in. I was also wondering if Dartmouth does the thing that other top schools do (full rides for students whose family income is less than 45k a year?).

Demographics: Asian male, California, Low-income, first-generation Vietnamese immigrant

GPA: 3.95 (unweighted, grades 9-11). 4.27 (weighted, grades 10-11).
Rank between 2-6 (not sure).

My school is on block schedule this year so I have semester grades for senior year (3 A's, 1 B). I took the hardest classes throughout high school (but unfortunately my school is very limited in courses so that doesn't say much).

SAT I: 2220 (800 CR, 680 M, 740 W); one sitting
SAT subject: 770 USH, 650 Math ii (hopefully 700+ this Saturday), 660 Literature (hopefully 700+ this Sat)

EC's: not much...
-piano
-brown belt karate (class 2x a week, teaching lower belts)
-officer in Ecology club
-Church (2x a week, youth group)

Recs: will be pretty good

AP tests: english lang-4; USH-4

Do I have a chance at all? Thanks.

How would colleges know you're low-income? Dartmouth is evaluates your app without knowing your financial situation.

Really? I never knew that.

Is that the case for other privates as well?

But if I use a fee waiver wouldn't that be a give-away of my income level? And what about parents' occupations? Do they see that?
