Chances at Dartmouth, URM, pretty good grades/test scores, decent EC's

So I've been reading this forum, as well as a lot of other things about Dartmouth and it really seems like it is a school where I would fit in.

Anyway, here's all my stuff

Ethnicity: Hispanic (Born in Cuba; Spanish is my first language, and English my second.)

I've seen a lot of remarks made about English not being your first language helping your admissions chances maybe? I dunno, but I don't really see how that matters.

Hoping to major in Econ (Can someone elaborate on Dartmouth's Econ program?)

GPA UW: 3.6

GPA W: 4.6 - (Probably will be up to 5.0 By senior year) [AP = 6 pts] [H = 5 pts]

Class Rank - Top 15 People (Will probably make top 10 by senior year)

SAT: 1410/2100 (Planning on retaking for 2250+)
M - 740
R - 670
W - 690

SAT Subject Tests (Will Take in October)

Math II - Hoping for 800
Physics - Hoping for 800
Lit - Hoping for at least 700

ECs:

Wrestling

75 + Hours volunteered at a Hospital

Various School Clubs (NHS, Math Honor, Science Honor, etc.)

Science Honor Society President

Did 20+ Hours volunteer work preserving exotic and endangered plant species.

Awards:

Bunch of School awards (Honor Roll, Excellence in particular subjects, etc.)

FCAT (Florida Standardized test) outstanding achievement in Math/Writing

Wrestling Varsity Letter Award

French Level 2 District Competition (1st place award)

French Level 3 State Competition (2nd and 3rd place awards)

I will definitely get good recs as I have some pretty outstanding teachers that have known me pretty well, and I'm confident in the fact that I can write some good essays.

I would like to know how much of a difference it would make if my SAT score was to be over 2250 in terms of admissions?

Dartmouth undergraduate economics is well-reputed, and if you get your SAT to a 2250, you are a 90-95% chance for admission. You are at 75% with your current scores.

^^How do you get those percentages? They sound awfully optimistic to me.

Dartmouth really, really, likes URMs. Moreover, extremely few URMs with a 2250 get rejected anywhere.
