Chances at Duke and Cornell?

Hello!

I am a junior looking to apply to Duke, Cornell, and UPenn as well as other prestigious schools. I am looking into STEM or business. Any criticisms or advice on what I should be doing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

So here are some things about me:

Race: Asian
Citizenship status: Permanent Resident (I moved here when I was 7)
Family Income: Less than 45,0000
School Program: IB

Academics-
GPA: UW- 4.0 W- 4.39 (After sophomore year)
I expect to get 4.8-4.9 by end of this year.
Class Rank: 2/450
Standardized Test Scores:
SAT: Pretty Low :frowning:
First time 2160 (750 CR, 680 M, 730 W)
Second Time 2200 (760 CR, 750 M, 690 W)
Superscore: 2240
I am planning on taking the New SAT in March
SAT 2: Will be taking Math 2, Physics, Biology
AP: Stat (5), Latin (4), Micro (4), Macro (5), Comp Gov (5), Gov (5), Psych (5) Human (5)
I am taking AP Bio, AP Physics 1, AP Calculus AB, AP Environmental Science this year.

I think you should apply to all 8 Ivies and dual enroll in two of them.

^Is this dad serious? Anyways, your SAT is not great but good enough for all these schools. Your GPA and Rank will help as does your ECs. You seem to have alot of ECs so make sure you only have the ones most important to you, most involved in, and mostly related to your major. You have a decent chance at all 3 schools but they are all reaches since anything can happen. Try to show interest in your essays. If you choose business, UPenn is great for you considering your financial need. Any other major is equal in all 3 but Cornell is slightly less prestigious than Duke and UPenn.
