Hi. I am an Asian junior and would still like to see where I stand in the college admissions process; especially if I am heading in the right direction. I do not come from a competitive school and not many individuals get into Ivy Leagues each year. However, I didn't enroll in the newly instated IB Programme in our school. Please tell me if I have the "right stuff" to attend the elite universities such as MIT, Caltech, Harvard, Princeton, Carnegie Mellon, JHU, and Stanford if I continue my trends. Also, please tell me if dodging the nascent IB Programme in our school was the correct decision. I come from a fairly uncompetitive school. Would that help me during admissions?

I haven't taken the SAT's but I do have my PSAT scores from 10th grade combined with my projected scores from the 2006 PSAT's to form a composite score. Also, please keep in mind as you read that my school operates on a block schedule and many AP Classes take up 2 credits. For example, AP Calculus in our school operates as AP Calculus I and AP Calculus II and take up 2 credits, 1/4 of my schedule.

PSAT

Math - 80 (Real 2005)
