Thanks for the feedback!!

anyone? please?

I think you’re in good shape for Emory, Vanderbilt, Wake, and UNC. Make sure to relay your interest for each of these schools, and it would be in your best interest to show either your leadership skillls through all of your sports, or emphasize leadership/interests very clearly in your application or essay to show you’re an engaged student.

Tufts, JHU, Dartmouth and Georgetown may be a little bit of a stretch…but you never know! It seems like you’ve got the grades and the sports and the scores, it’s just a matter of writing a killer essay that shows you’re an engaged student. I don’t think you’re crazy for throwing your application out there. If you like G-town, would you consider Notre Dame?

If NHS is nat’l honor society, most admissions counselors don’t really count that as a real EC unless you’ve done something specific. When i worked in admissions, i always assumed people didn’t do anything else if they resorted to NHS on their application.

Assuming you have safeties, as you mentioned, i think you have a good list of target and reach schools. Make sure to learn a lot about the schools and show interest by school visits and interviews.

Thanks for the feedback! That is very helpful information. I have visited all the schools to show my interest, and I will try to make my essays awesome!
