Are you asking for chances on getting in or on Emory Scholars? I got my ACT scores a few days ago and got a 33 as well. I can't get anyone to reply on my thread as to my chances. My counselor tells me I would definitely get in, but I don't know how much to trust him because I come from a tiny high school that never sends students to places like Emory. Anyways, good luck with your application.

Both.. although I'm sure emory scholars is wayyy out of reach

CNI.....you look to have pretty good stats, etc... I would think that you would have a shot at emory scholars. Is the scholars that difficult to attain ?
Thanks.

I think your location will help you

hey chong, whassup.

Hey so you obviously know me

yeah, I do. in fact, I'm under your bed right now.

you'll get into emory and as for emory scholars, it depends on how everyone else who's applying this year is. your orchestra/music helps alot because emory's real big on that; or so a friend there tells me.

My stats were comparable to yours, and I was an Emory Scholar, but when I went to Emory it was a bit less competitive. I think that the essays are the most important part of the scholarship application; during interview weekend, they introduce you by reading part of, or talking about, your essay to the group.

The music thing, especially, is good.
I didn't have nearly as many APs (my high school offered four; I took three of them), but I did have 5s in all of them.

hey chong, fancy seeing you on here haha. guess who this is

(sorry for the random reply, btw)

hmm. seems like i have a little trouble hiding my identity
