Chances at Florida Schools

I have very low GPA but my test scores are okay so i’d like to know my chances at some Florida schools. (I live out of state)
Unweighted GPA: 1.97
Weighted GPA: 2.31
ACT: 33
I didn’t do too well freshman and junior year due to some underlying mental health issues which really messed up my GPA. I was also pushed into way too many AP courses by my school (They did not let me switch into any regular classes due to “limited space” in regular classes) which i honestly was not able to handle in combination with my issues.
AP Courses:
AP Human Geo (I received a B one semester and an F the second semester)
AP Eng Lang and Comp
AP US History
AP Physics 1
AP Eng Lit and Comp
AP Stats
Dual Credit:
College Accounting
Volunteer work:
I have around 150 hours of volunteering, mainly to help with children’s programs at my local library.
EC:
AT my school most EC’s start before the school year does. I was only able to participate in sports freshman year because i transferred schools every year after that.
The schools i’m thinking about are:
Florida State
University of North Florida
University of Central Florida
University of South Florida
I’m looking for any recommendations as well.
Thank you for reading, i’ll greatly appreciate any responses!

Well I can tell you from our own experience recently that you may be hard pressed at USF and FSU…but not sure about UCF or UNF. It is beginning to be more clear to me how “out of whack” these schools in the state of Florida have become. Between an influx of foreign applicants, and those from out-of-state clearly seeing the low out-of-state tuition rates, the test score and average GPA figures are ridiculously high.

Our daughter just got deferred with numbers better than yours. I can take an educated guess, then, what we can expect from FSU (and UF). To frame this better, understand that our daughter got accepted to 2 Big Ten and 2 SEC schools, with two of them offering a direct admission into a specific college and invitations into their Honors Program! USF is no league comparable to those schools, quite honestly.

Not much else I can tell you. We’re quite surprised to say the least.

Sorry, I needed to be more clear. She was deferred at USF.
