Chances at Fordham

<p>Just wondering what my chances of getting into Fordham are. It's my #1 choice.</p>

<p>ACT Composite: 27
Unweighted GPA: a measly 3.2</p>

<p>I am probably in the top half of my class</p>

<p>Activities: Football 9 10 11 12, Leadership team, Eucharistic Minister</p>

<p>Work: Deli 9 10, Doctor's Office 11 12</p>

<p>I am Catholic, and I am Puerto Rican.</p>

<p>I have good recommendations from teachers who attended Fordham and I have a good essay. I am also coming from Catholic school.</p>

<p>Major is Undecided but i'd like to attend Lincoln Center</p>

<p>Also, please tell me if you have any other good matches.</p>

<p>Even as an Hispanic, FU is probably reachy for you, unless you increase your SATs/ACT.</p>

<p>The GPA is also low.</p>

<p>I would suggest, for match catholic schools in NY area, you consider Siena, Fairfield, St. John's.</p>

<p>Not positive but it should be around 3.45 - 3.5</p>

<p>Also, i go to a very competitive private high school with a rigorous program</p>

<p>As a Hispanic, your 27 is probably more than good enough to get you in, and your WGPA is decent too.</p>

<p>CR- 570
M- 610
W- 620</p>

<p>not sure if i should send them since my ACT is equivalent to a 1220/1600 with my SAT only being an 1180/1600</p>

ASB President, Founder of a club, Varsity Starter 4 years and now Captain, worked as a sports camp counselor, a grocery store and retail 3 summers in a row.
Also coming from a catholic school, but not catholic. and i applied to rose hill. major undecided. You should be fine, but I would also consider St. John's and Seton Hall if you want to be near the city.</p>
