Chances at FSU/UF

The closer I get to graduation the more anxious I'm becoming! I haven't received an acceptance letter yet and I'm just soooo nervous about the FSU notifications coming out this week!
Please chance me?
Unweighted GPA: 2.5 (messed up my freshmen year)
Weighted: 3.89
IB Student
264 service hours
ACT: 24
SAT: 1650 (I have bad test taking anxiety!)
SAT Essay: 10
ACT Esaay: 9
I intend to my major in creative writing at FSU and Health Science at UF, I sent in two letters of reccomendation to UF from my IB cooridinator and my guidance counselor.
While I'm playing the waiting game I just wanted to know my chances?

As a fellow IB Floridian (Martin county) I don’t know how you were allowed to stay in the program so long with a 2.5 UW. Your weighted GPA is under UF’s average by .4 but it is within range of that of FSU. But between FSU, UF, USF, FU, etc., if medical is what you want to do, then go all out for UF because it’s the best Bright Futures covered school (if you even qualify). You really should try to increase your SAT and ACT too. I know people with tons of extracurriculars, good AP scores, 31 ACT, and 3.5 GPA UW who got rejected and sent packing to Tampa. Good luck, but take the SAT and ACT again.

I was able to stay in the IB due to my ability as a student. I was able to convince my coordinator that your GPA isn’t the defining stamp of your ability as a student and I do qualify for brightfutures. Also FSU comes out this week so retaking the SAT and ACT to use towards my admission decision.

*isn’t an option

I’m going to be honest and say your chances at UF are low. However, at FSU you may have a chance as long as you explained everything and wrote good essays  chance me :)
