Chances at Georgetown

i really like history and i heard georgetown has a strong history program. if you have any other colleges with good history programs, any suggestions would be cool.

SAT: 1900
SAT II: 750 US History, 600 Math IIC
GPA: 4.21
i've taken 4 AP classes in my high school career.
some honors here and there.

i'm the president of my Debate Club
play basketball and volleyball
i'm the Opinion editor for my newspaper

ya.......

idk man, SAT r pretty low and u have no EC's that stand out

or volunteer work

i dont think ud get in

but u should check out American U, Univ of Maryland, Holy Cross, Loyola

Might want to look at Holy Cross.

what if i raise my SAT above 2000?

I think your chances will open up a little more if it's over 2100 and even more so if it's 2250+.

idk even then ur EC's are weak

i do some volunteer work at the hospital =/

apply, u have a better shot if u apply then if u dont

anythings possible

reach - b/c of SAT and ECs. With that SAT you can still get in a lot of places, i.e. GWU. Apply anyway.

Look into Holy Cross. It is more of a match.

i have some other ECs, but i just don't think they really help my cause to major in history
