Honestly, I wouldn’t know your chances but your UW GPA of a 4.0 is outstanding plus the rigor of your classes boosts you up a lot. Georgia Tech really prioritizes your academics in school. Also, I would say retake the SAT again. Aim for above a 2000 or a 2100. There are a lot of good advice on College Confidential for reaching that score. The featured threads are pretty good such as SilverTurtle’s SAT advice. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-act-tests-test-preparation/
I agree with @SwagMan420 – a little SAT boost couldn’t hurt, but your SAT IIs show your sci/math proficiency. If you’re in-state, you’ll almost certainly get in. Out-of-state is less likely, but you’ve as good a chance as anyone else!
I think it’s a reach. Your SAT needs to be higher… assuming that you’re applying as an engineering major. Your EC’s don’t seem special aside from being captain of your track team. But please answer those 3 questions for a more accurate chance.
Your SAT is too low for Georgia Tech. I think GIT is a reach right now. Try to aim for a 2100+, and make sure to get as close to 800 in math as possible.
@iamjack Georgia Tech does not admit by major, so OP’s major will not affect his/her chances in any way.
