Please Chance me! I figured I won't have much of a chance since ChemE at the UT is very competitive and the fact Im OOS won't help either, but I am just wondering if it would be worth applying?

Seems like your EC’s are focused more on the programming side of things, why suddenly ChemE? Your numbers make ChemE a reach but your EC’s would make you a great candidate for EE, which is within reach with your stats.
