Chances at Getting Into Notre Dame

Ok I know it's kinda early, but I am a sophomore in high school. My UW GPA freshman year was a 3.5 and 4 honors courses. Now sophomore year first quarter I have a UW 3.8 GPA and still 4 honors courses. I have worked really hard this year and my grades have significantly improved.

EC's

-Lived in China for a year (7th Grade)
-Starting track for the first time in spring (this year)
-Playing Flute
-I work at the hospital during the summer
-75 hours of CS hours so far...
-I went to Spain for 6 weeks last summer, and am doing the same thing, except taking an advanced Spanish course there
-I speak fluent Spanish
-I am half-hispanic
-My grandpa is a graduate of ND

I have no idea what my rank is, but I am working hard and I defiantly in the top.

So what are my chances even though I was lazy freshman year?

You are jumping the gun. Without test scores, it is difficult to tell, regardless of what else you will be told here. Try to find a meaningful leadership activity (organize a charity event, work outside the high school and coordinate with adults in the community), get good test scores, keep up the challenging curriculum.
