Chances at good engineering schools

My GPA is 3.7 unwieghted, 4.3 weighted

SAT scores- 1970 Math-690 Reading-650 Writing-630, I might take them again

Senior year courses-
AP Calc BC
AP Chem
AP Physics Mechanics
Computer Science I
Computer Science II
English 4A
Gym

The only EC I have is 200 hours of volunteer work.

I have taken guitar lessons for 5 years.

I will be applying to the engineering programs of these schools
Purdue
University of Illinois at Urbana-Chamapign
Georgia Tech
University of Maryland-College Park
University of California-Berkeley

my safety will be Rutgers

I am Indian, and a resident of NJ

Thanks.

Also, I would like to ask what would be the ideal SAT II Math IIc and Physics scores for UCB?

cacophony34:

UCB: Reach (out of state, Engineering)

The ideal SAT II Math IIC and Physics scores for UCB as an Engineering applicant from out of state are ~750 and ~750, respectively.

thanks

what do you all think about the other colleges?

I'm most interested in UIUC and and Berkeley

I think the UCs are kind of a reach, but I think you'll get into the other schools, but GT could be hard too. What about like Lehigh or Bucknell? They're both really good in undergrad engineering. And they're also both small, so you'd have good faculty/student interaction, which would help too.
