Chances At:
Columbia (top choice!! Yay New York)
University of Pennsylvania
Yale
SUNY Stonybrook
Princeton
New York University
Johns Hopkins
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
UNC-Chapel Hill
Brown
Cornell

Thanks so much!! This site is awesome

columbia you have a decent chance. scores and grades are good, but your ECs are a little on the weak side. If you demonstrate to them that they are your first choice, I would bet on you to be accepted. the same applies to brown and cornell.

yale and princeton are reaches for you, i think, but only in the sense that they are reaches for most. you are competitive, and with great recs and essays, i could see you being admitted.

for AA and Chapel Hill, it would be necessary to know your state of residence. Assuming you are out of state, I would call AA and slight reach or high match, and Chapel hill about a match.

Best of luck! let us know how it turns out.

Thank you so much!
I live in New York, so it would be great to stay in the city. Michigan’s far away but I really love it.

Are you considered as Int’l student?

^^If he lives in NY, how would he be considered Int’l?

Anyway, I think you have a decent shot at most of the schools you listed. I think Columbia, UPenn, Yale, and Princeton are probably slight reaches…but you still have a better chance than most others.

Thank you everyone!
I got into brown, Upenn, columbia, princeton, Johns hopkins, U mich and UNC!
