Chances at great colleges

<p>Hello everyone! I'm currently halfway through my junior year. I have good grades, decent SAT scores, and decent extra-curriculars. </p>

<p>SAT scores
(1rst):2050-- 620 v, 660 w, 770 m.
(2nd):2080--720 v, 620 w, 740 m.
(composite):2150--720,660,770</p>

<p>Plan on taking the SAT 2 Physics and Math 2
projecting high 700 for Math2, low 700 for physics</p>

<p>Honors classes throughout 9th grade - averaged around a 96 </p>

<p>10th - skipped ahead of my grade in mathematics (doubled up on honors algebra 2 and honors functions) </p>

<p>SAT at 2150 is quite low for Ivies and MIT. Perhaps you may try Cornell.</p>

<p>Would you call them a high reach? I realize that MIT rejects people with near perfect scores sometimes. I am just trying to get an idea based on additional aspects.</p>

<p>Why weren’t you in varsity tennis 9th grade (jv baseball instead?)</p>

<p>I liked baseball more at the time.</p>

<p>Low reach to reach for Cornell, reach to high reach for other ivies, high reach for MIT.</p>
