Think I have a shot at GWU?

Also, I know a professor in the counseling dept, but I've been told her rec might not do much of anything for me.

Any opinions on the matter?

i'd give you a good shot.
i got in with 3.6 weighted GPA + 3 AP's senior year (though my school doesn't offer many)
and my grades had a somewhat downward trend between sophomore and junior years.
less than your expected community service
my SAT scores were higher though; 1490.
if your SAT is higher than your PSAT i'd say you're probably a shoo-in.
if its the same you still have a very good chance, in my opinion [which is probably worth nothing :-)]

Well, hopefully my higher Weighted GPA will compensate if I get a lower SAT, and I hope to do better on my ACT's anyway. Your opinion is worth a lot, lol, I appreciate it!

Any more opinions?

I'll update on the 20/22nd when I get my SAT and ACT scores, any more opinions in the meantime?

BTW: Applying ED I
