Chances at Ivies (HPY), VT, UVa, W&M, Duke, Wake Forest

GPA: 3.9 (weighted, but my school doesn't do unweighted)
no class rank- but I'm in the top 10% of my class
Public, Fairfax County School
Sat: 720 Critical Reading
640 Math
660 Writing
Caucasian female
Both parents went to Virginia Tech
Sister graduated from UVa this spring

I want to major in English, and have very focused career goals to teach English overseas. I tutor elementary school children once a week, am in 5 (soon to be 7) Honor Societies. I dance 5+ hours per week (more in the past), and am founding a community service club to help my school's teachers.

I am a full International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Candidate taking four (the maximum) Higher Level classes, two Standard Level classes and one regular class. I take two languages (French and German), and attended the Virginia Governor's Academy for German this summer.

I recieved a 3 on the AP Government exam, and 4 on the AP Biology exam, and a 5 (out of 7) on the Standard Level Biology exam.

What are my chances of being accepted into:
a) Harvard, Princeton, Yale
b) University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, William and Mary
c) Duke University, Wake Forest University

-----IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOUR GPA IS WEIGHTED-----
------I AM ASSUMING THAT IT WOULD BE A COUPLE POINTS LOWER UNWEIGHTED-------
Duke, HPY are far reaches
UVa-----in state = match, out of state = reach
VT ----- your chances are good
W & M = in state = match, out of state = match/slight reach
Wake = match/slight reach

You should get into the schools in VA. Unfortunately, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and Duke are all under 10% (maybe lower), as they are all extremely competitive. Wake Forest is about 50/50, in my opinion.

VT is a safety

A 600s score on an SAT or SATII is generally below the Ivy range. The average applicant would need at least 2250 for HYP, so unless you have some amazing ECs that you haven't mentioned, I wouldn't bother applying to HYP.

Another thing that you could change is the # of AP's you're taking (2 is below normal unless your school only offers like 3 or 4)

Harvard - mega reach
Princeton - mega reach
Yale - mega reach
UVA - match
VaTech - match/safety
W&M - match
Duke - reach
Wake - reach/match

Being from Fairfax County is not going to help you.
