Hey guys. Currently I'm a junior at a pretty diverse town in New Jersey. So far I have a 2140 SAT( 700 CR, 760 M, 680 W)- I'm planning to take it again this Saturday where I am expecting an 800 in math and a much higher writing score. For the SAT II's, I have a 720 in Chemistry, however I'm going to take it again in the fall, and a 750 on Math I, but I am taking Math II in the fall so I doubt this score even matters. I am 1 or 2 in my class with a 4.0, I'm in all APs I can possibly fit. I've play three varsity sports since freshman year, I'm part of just about ever Honor Society there is, and I have great community service (Team leader in a cancer research fundrasier, First Aid squad volunteer, etc.) I've been practicing the ACT alot lately and I'm hoping I can get a 32 or above on that, since I've been scoring this on some practice tests.
My passion is science- neuroscience to be specific. I absolutely LOVE the Brown PLME medical program, or any other of the undergrad/med school combos, however I doubt my stats are nearly enough to get in. In terms of an undergrad, I really like Dartmouth, but again, my scores just don't seem to match up.
Basically my questions are: do I have a chance at any of these combined medical programs?; do i have any chances at ivies?; and if not, what schools would benefit me the most for my future in concurrence with my scores. Thanks alot guys!
