My SAT Superscore is:

M(720), R(700), W(800)

Will this score hinder my chances at the ivies? What would be a reasonable percentage of my chances at schools like UPenn, Dartmouth, Cornell, and Columbia?

We need more info. Admission is based on so much more than test scores.

^
I’m entirely aware of that, but I’m just wondering whether or not these scores will hinder my chances. Are they too low?

Well admissions is generally a holistic process so you would need to post more than just SAT scores for people to chance you (i.e. GPA, rank, courseload, SAT II Scores, EC’s, hooks, etc).
But I’ll tell you for any Ivy you should be aiming 750+ in each section to be very competitive. That being said, your scores are in the middle 50% ranges for UPenn, Dartmouth, and Cornell, and Columbia, but in the super-competitive applicant pool for the ivys many people will have scores equal to yours or higher. Unfortunately, your writing score is not weighed as heavily at some schools, who focus mainly on CR and Math (I can sympathize with you since I also got an 800 on writing). Overall I think your SAT score is decent now, but you should try to raise your Math and CR a little (get them closer to 750), or try ACT.

The presented test score is relatively sub-par for an unhooked applicant at the Ivies. However, it won’t break your application, if that’s what you are asking.
