Chances at Ivies?

<p>Please let me know what u think my chances at Princeton ED may be given my record.</p>

<p>ps. also applying to 9 other schools if deferred including four other ivies, georgetown, chicago, wash u stl, carleton, and stanford</p>

<p>bio: male hispanic (uruguay), not an international student/ us citizen
central missouri
sat: 2210 (710 verbal, 770 writing, 730 math)
sat ii: 780 spanish, 740 us history, taking lit and math 1c in october</p>

<p>gpa: 3.97 unweighted (two a minuses entire career)
rank: 8/517
12 ap classes taken by end of senior year (7 in senior year)
so far:
ap world (soph): 5
ap us: 3
ap lang and comp: 4
ap psych: 5
ap spanish: 5</p>

- captain of red weir (club team - grades 9 and 10)
- co-captain of new club team (grade 11)
- varsity letter in hs (11, 12) - trying to walk on but im not sure if im on the coach's list (he hasnt seen the tapes i've submitted yet)

history club - founder (10), president last two years
spanish honor society - icc representative
academic team (quiz bowl, knowl mast) - co-capt (11, 12)
tutoring - over 150 hours a year (during my free period and after school)
philosophy forum - vp (11, 12)

<p>Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read through this post and tell me their honest opinion.</p>

<p>Really, I'd appreciate any and all critiques. A shot of realism is fine by me. The opinions I get in person are quite limited since I don't have access to anyone who is particularly knowledgable about the admissions process.

<p>i think u have a good shot with all the ivies. ur a URM w/ an awesome gpa and test socres. im not really sure what damaris means by the blue collar profile. i live in an upper middle class district in NJ and about 4 kids from my school last year went to princeton. i think 2 on ed. i think ur a strong candidate for princeton</p>
