Chances at Ivy League grad schools?

Greetings, I’m a junior year mathematics major with a minor in compsci and physics. I do four projects of research currently, one in data science(more so operations research), one in number theory, one in graph theory, and one in computational physics. My GPA is subpar, about 3.0, but I believe I can get an above average GRE score. I’m trying for either a masters in applied mathematics or a masters in computer science. I’m not sure what I can do to boost my chances of getting into a school despite such a low GPA? Any help is welcomed!
