Chances at Ivy League??

I am currently a Sophomore at Fairfield University and am looking to transfer to a more competitive school. I may be aiming a little too high but I am looking to transfer to Brown or Yale. I am from Connecticut and these are my stats:

HS GPA: 3.33
SAT Math: 590
SAT Crit Reading: 600
SAT Writing: 610
ACT: 28
College GPA: 4.0
Double Major: International Business and Finance
Minor: Religious Studies

My extra credit for High School:
-Varsity Lacrosse
-Varsity Diving
-Varsity Football
-Vice-President of Best Buddies (helped to establish chapter)
-Media Coordinator of Asian Cultures and Traditions Club (although I'm not asian)
-Internship for the Summer before Senior Year at the Yale School of Medicine doing research with Dr. Josh Johnson
-Leaders Club
-Peer Advocates
-Model United Nations Club
:Jobs
-Lifeguard and Head Lifeguard
-Waiter

College Extra Curricular:
-D1 Varsity Diving (not interested in diving when transferring)

I also established a really good reputation with my professors here at Fairfield University and would be able to get really good recommendations.

So what are my chances at transferring to a school like Brown or Yale and if I am aiming too high what might be some alternatives for me?

You need to retake the SATs for any real chance.

GPA at college looks good, but those test scores will hold you back. You need a 2100+ SAT, 31+ ACT to be competative. Transfer is a lot harder than RD

i definitely agree. the SATs have to be MUCH higher and your essays must explain very well why you think you deserve to be in a better college (presumably to maximize your potential).
