No to HYPS. SAT scores won't cut it in your demographic.

haha thanks for the honesty, any other opinions on HYPS or the other colleges?

bump me up plz

i would appreciate some comments. thanks. bump

really good ec's, probably yes for northwestern, michigan, boston?

thanks, i dont really have high expectations for HYPS im just applyin there cuz its the only time that i will get a chacne so its pretty much just for kicks

it would be spectacular if i got into a accellerated men program

my main focus is at michigan, cornell, northwestern, duke, gtown, and johns hopkins

any other suggestions or comments? thanks

You ACT gives you pretty good chances at most of them, but HYPS are always hard for anyone.

urscores need help

I definetly wouldn't say you're out of the running for HYPS. True, your scores are a bit low, but they look at more than SAT scores. Write some kick-butt essays, get some good recs, and see what happens! Boston is extremely likely, though.

Thanks guys. haha i think im done with sats though, ive taken em three times already! ACTs i will prolly take maybe 1 or 2 more times to get a higher score.

My recs will defintely be superb i think and im gonna give it my all on my essays.

blondie, when u were talkin about boston, do u mean BU or BC?

anyone have any opinions on the likelyhood of my acceptance to an accelerated med program??

any other comments or suggestions? thanks!

bump bump bump

i also play the saxophone.....alto sax (to be specific).....how long have you been playing? me, 8 years.....I'll probably play it for the rest of my life, it's like the best instrument ever!.....but anywho....

ummm.....HYP would of course be a reach. as for the other colleges, i say your a close match.

thanks youll see, ive been playin alto sax also since 6th grade so thats 6 years for me...

any other suggestions or comments? thanks

Oooo, sax. Being good at sax means being good at s*x. ;) Are you guys crazy like the piano players and go to insanely difficult competitions?

haha no i am not. i just play for the school. occasioanly we have a group compettion

any other suggestions? thanks

bump bump bump

Reach for HYPS in at everywhere else. You'll prolly get 1 or 2 acceptance letters from HYPS.

llpitch u said its a reach for HYPS and an IN at everywhere else?? i think thats a little strecth no?

1 to 2 acceptance letters from HYPS would be god-like
