Chances at JHU, Vanderbilt, Ann Arbor, UCLA

Part of a upper-middle class family in a nice neighborhood with a solid school district.</p>

<p>GPA: 3.91 UW/ 4.5 W (will surely go up with this semester)
Class Rank: 14 UW/ 10W (will surely go up with this semester)
SAT: 2100/2200 Superscore (Almost positive I can get it up to a 2200+ and a 2300+ superscore)
ACT: 34 (Will attempt to get a 36)
SAT Math II: 800
SAT Biology E/M: 750
SAT Chemistry: 750</p>

<p>Senior course load:
AP Music Theory
AP Gov (1 semester class)
AP Micro (1 semester class)
AP English Language
AP French 5
AP Physics B
AP Chemistry
Multivariable Calculus</p>

<p>EC's (I don't have many but the few I have are indepth):
-Varsity Tennis 3 years
-Expecting to be captain or co-captain next year
-President of youth group - Has a $250k+ fund.
-Section leader in school's selective advanced orchestra.
-Want to pursue medicine and have traveled to India to get firsthand surgical experience in a municipal (government) hospital as well as one of India's finest hospitals. Comparison of both facilities and the facilities in America we take for granted is going to be one of my essay topics.
-Member of miscellaneous clubs with no leadership positions (hope to go to state/nats for FBLA and/or DECA)
-Starting a research project this summer in the field of neurobiology.</p>

<p>So if everything goes according to plan, do I have a good shot at JHU, Vandy, UMich, and UCLA? Also, are my EC's strong enough to be considered for HYPSM if my grades and standardized test scores go up in the next few months as well?</p>
