Chances at Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Penn

<p>What do you think would be my chances at Hopkins, Cornell, Penn, and Brown?? thanks :) </p>

<p>White male
SAT: 790 math 660 reading 740 writing</p>

<p>SAT II: 720 chemistry, 730 bio M, 770 math 2 </p>

<p>COURSES: all possible AP and honors
GRADES: all A+'s and A's with one B+ in ap phyics</p>

<p>EC's: varsity tennis, orchestra (cello), nhs, academic team</p>

<p>good essays and recs</p>

<p>class rank? Is your high school very difficult or well-known?</p>

<p>sry, class rank: 15/600
very competitive high school (about 12-16 ivy leagues each year)</p>

<p>Your SAT reading is a little low, but your grades are pretty sweet though.
I'd say Hopkins, Upenn, and Cornell would be low reaches. Brown and Columbia would be reaches. You've got a good chance.</p>

<p>My sister got into JHU with scores about like yours. It was in 2004. She didn't apply anywhere else that you did, but she did attend Dartmouth and just graduated. </p>

<p>What community service or work have you done? </p>

<p>I'm guessing you stand a decent chance if you have good essays and recs.</p>
